Our Customer Service Management department, through the Helpdesk, provides an avenue for owners or occupants to voice any dissatisfaction they may have on any aspect of our services and ensures that all their complaints are resolved satisfactorily and as speedily as possible. We, therefore, maintain a close liaison with occupants and render all possible assistance in every way possible.
