Dato Seri Aloysius, a graduate in Electrical Engineering (India) & an MBA (US) Holder, is backed by more than 30 years’ experience in the Building Management industry. In his capacity as Senior Management, he has served in some of Malaysia’s largest and most established corporations, i.e. YTL Berhad, Sunrise Group, IJM Corp. MK Land Berhad, Titijaya Group, GLOMAC Berhad, etc.
He has, for each organisation, provided the strategic, marketing, financial & operating expertise to deliver strong earnings and sustained revenue streams as well as establishing a good rapport with clients and the relevant authorities. His experience includes:

Dr. Alaric, a graduate in Law (UK) & Bachelor’s in Economics (UK) Holder, is also a registered member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators and an avid Toastmaster. Dr Alaric started off his career as an Account Manager at DHL Express Worldwide, the world’s largest Express Service Provider.
Whilst there, Dr Alaric was instrumental in planning, implementing and executing multiple Financial, Operational, Management & Customer Service portfolios for various industries, ranging from SMEs to Oil & Gas. His last assignment was the management of various Embassies, including the British High Commission as well as the Australian High Commission.
During his tenure at DHL, Dr Alaric has won numerous “International Accolades”, including winning the “EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR” twice, once in Vietnam and another in Phuket. Backed by solid Management & Customer Service Skills, Dr Alaric left DHL Express in 2011 to join Benz & Carlton (later rebranded as Le’ Trident Property Management Sdn Bhd) as the Chief Executive Officer, bringing not only his deep passion for the Building Management industry, but also a combination of team leadership, planning, and management skills leveraged to meet and exceed expectations by the JMB/MC/Developers.
With his in-depth knowledge of the Strata Management Act as well as the Strata Titles Act, Dr Alaric has been instrumental in advising numerous JMBs or MCs served by Le’ Trident so as to ensure the JMCs or MCs operate within the ambit of the law. Operating within the law is also a key requirement, especially when it comes to organising Annual General Meetings. It is here that Dr Alaric assists the JMC/MC in organising and facilitating various AGMs and EGMs in compliance with the said laws.
Dr Alaric, together with other members of the Management team of Le’ Trident, is now setting standards in Building Management that others aspire to attain. Dr Alaric has been working tirelessly to ensure that Le’ Trident maintains its momentum in providing “QUALITY PERSONALISED SERVICE WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH” so that we become “MALAYSIA’S PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF CHOICE” for any JMB or MC.
Group Finance Manager

Ms Hasmi, a full-fledged and qualified accountancy graduate, has been at the forefront of the financial scene of stratified properties for the last 13 years. Having started her career as an auditor, she joined several audit firms overlooking the firm’s clientele’s financial performance and audit compliance.
She later moved on to Benz & Carlton (later rebranded as Le’ Trident Property Management Sdn Bhd) as a Finance Executive in charge of monitoring the financial and administrative aspects of the development. Her duties included monitoring and reviewing the financial health of the sites under her care and monthly reports preparation for the sites, which included the Income & Expenses, Trial Balance, Sinking Fund Expenditure, Fixed Deposit and Investment Portfolio, etc.
Ms Hasmi later assumed the role of Finance Manager and became part of the Senior Management Team (SMT) of Benz & Carlton (later rebranded as Le’ Trident Property Management Sdn Bhd) responsible for the overall restructuring of the group as part of its effort to consolidate and strengthen processes and procedures of the organisation as part of its futuristic development.
Having an acute financial sense, she has played a fundamental role in fine-tuning the performance of the Finance Department of the organisation as well as ensuring all timelines, KPI, processes and audits are done in accordance with industry standards.

Mr Simon Pereira graduated from the University of Malaya in 1976 with an Honours degree in Economics. Mr Simon has lectured in various institutions of higher learning such as Vanto Academy and Tuanku Abdul Rahman (TAR) College. He later joined the Insurance industry, where he has worked with various reputable companies, including United Oriental Assurance Sdn Bhd and Zurich Insurance (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
His knowledge in insurance was further enhanced when he joined the YTL Group as Senior Manager (Insurance), where he was in charge of the entire Group’s Insurance Needs, ranging from Power Plants to Hotels, Resorts, Helicopters, Yachts, etc. Mr Simon retired from YTL Group and soon after, joined Benz & Carlton (later rebranded as Le’ Trident Property Management Sdn Bhd) to be part of the Senior Management Team.
Being part of the Management Team, he has contributed tremendously towards achieving higher standards of service provision, which surpasses the benchmarks in the Building Management industry. Backed by in-depth knowledge of the Insurance Industry, Mr Simon has contributed and assisted numerous JMBs or MCs served by Le’ Trident so as to ensure the JMBs or MCs gain in terms of better premium rates with the widest scope of cover and also efficient claims handling.
Mr Simon, together with other members of the Management team of Le’ Trident, is now setting standards in Building Management that others aspire to attain. Having travelled extensively, Mr Simon tends to view the market in a wider international spectrum. Hence, not only does he set, but he also expects his team to perform up to par with international standards compared to confining things to local standards.
Since joining Le’ Trident, Mr Simon has been working tirelessly to assist the Management Team in making Le’ Trident “The Company Of Choice” for any JMB, MC or even Developers who want to directly hand over the management of their property after the CF is issued.

Dato Seri Nagoor has more than 30 years’ experience in the Security Industry. During his illustrious career, Dato Seri Nagoor has served in various capacities ranging from Operations to Executive Management. He has over the years contributed his vast knowledge and experience in various companies, i.e. Jasa Rimba Sdn Bhd, Vision Security Sdn Bhd, SASA Security Sdn Bhd and Ehsan Security Sdn Bhd.
Packed with more than two decades of experience, Dato Seri Nagoor finally decided to pursue his dream and operate his very own Security company, known as Warisan Wira Securities Sdn Bhd, where he currently holds the position of Director of Operations. Dato Seri Nagoor has personally attended many safety regulatory and training courses and he believes that such knowledge should not be possessed by one man alone but the staff under him as well. It is with that in mind that he ensures all staff are well trained in basic Self Defense techniques as well as firefighting measures.
These training were conducted under the supervision of the Royal Malaysian Police as well as the Fire Department. Being a Director does not stop Dato Seri Nagoor from performing his specific duties, such as the hiring of security personnel, as he believes character defines a man and plays a vital role in the line-up of his staff. Dato Seri Nagoor ensures that he personally handpicks the safety equipment for the security personnel. His strong leadership and management style have garnered the affection of his staff who has served under him and this has contributed tremendously to his success in his career.
Over the years, Dato Seri Nagoor has participated and contributed his knowledge in various platforms and courses, including the “BUMIPUTRA ENTREPRENEURS FORUM”, “BUMIPUTRA MANAGEMENT THINK TANK FORUM”, as well as “UMNO LEADERSHIP & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT FORUM”.

Ms Lalitha Shoffieah serves as the Director of Operations for the firm. Her journey to this esteemed position is a testament to her dedication and exceptional abilities, having risen through the ranks from a managerial role.
Ms Lalitha hails from a traditional sports background, and she joined the Kuala Lumpur Women’s Football Team at the age of 9. With time, her skills flourished, leading to her selection for the Malaysian Women’s Football Team. She proudly represented Malaysia in prestigious events such as the AFC’s Asian Female Football Championships and the Sea Games. Her talent and dedication to both sports and academics were recognized, and she was awarded a scholarship from Help University College.
Eager to expand her horizons, Ms Lalitha ventured to the United States and Canada to play in their soccer leagues while pursuing her studies. This experience broadened her perspective and enriched her understanding of international sports environments.
Ms Lalitha holds a Diploma in Industrial Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This combination of street smarts and book smarts has proven invaluable in her role within the property management industry.
Leveraging her work experience in property management from Canada, she effortlessly applies her problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Her ability to think critically and go above and beyond has solidified her reputation among her peers. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Management.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Ms Lalitha is actively involved in conducting training programs for the staff within her company. She takes pride in developing standardized operating procedures, focusing on streamlining processes and implementing industry best practices.
Furthermore, she remains dedicated to integrating new technologies into the reporting process, ensuring seamless and efficient operation. Her commitment to excellence, innovative mindset, and ability to inspire and lead by example position her as a key figure in the firm.

Ir. Thiru is a graduate from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam, Selangor, where he took his Diploma in Electrical Instrumentation Engineering. He then furthered his studies at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, where he graduated and got his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) and Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) both have certified Ir. Thiru as a Professional Engineer. He is a Certified Competent Electrical Engineer up to 33,000 V by the Energy Commission as well as a licensed Restricted Electrical Worker (REL).
Ir. Thiru started his career in 1990 at ESSO Production (M) Incorporation as a Maintenance Specialist and making his way up throughout the years for different companies. His almost 30 years of involvement in this field has made him excel at handling a handful of equipment (hydraulic, electrical and mechanical). Ir. Thiru had held several positions throughout his working years; a Maintenance Specialist in the Instrument and Electrical Department in ESSO supervising all new installation projects related to mechanical and electrical equipment, Senior EC&I Engineer (TSG) for 1,950 MW Independent Power Plant managing and assisting EC&I department for implementation of new improvement projects, Technical Adviser for the Electrical, Control & Instrument Department at Merak Energi Indonesia Coal Power Plant designing and supervising all new Building Mechanical and Electrical installation and many more.
He has, over the years, in his capacity as M&E Consultant for Benz & Carlton (later rebranded as Le’ Trident Property Management Sdn Bhd), advised many JMCs/MCs on proper and effective Energy Saving Methods, Electrical Consultation on electrical enhancement and/or upgrades, Gen Set Maintenance/Replacement/Repair, etc.
Group Audit & Finance Manager
LCCI (level 3) Accounting (IAS)
Ms Wendy Wong, an LCCI graduate, has been at the forefront of the audit and compliance scene of stratified properties for the last 10 years. Having started her career in the automotive industry, she joined Berjaya Group under their Hyundai Automotive arm as a Senior Finance Executive overlooking the group’s overall sales performance as well as the individual branches’ Key Performance Index (KPI) and sales target. She was also responsible for the finance team monthly report preparation for submission to Berjaya Group Headquarters for their overall performance review of the automotive division.
She later moved on to Benz & Carlton (later rebranded as Le’ Trident Property Management Sdn Bhd) as an Audit & Compliance Executive, whereby her primary role was to assist the management team in ensuring standardisation and uniformity in the execution of all reports, administrative record keeping, as well as strict adherence to the statutory requirements under the Strata laws of Malaysia.
Ms Wendy later assumed the role of Audit & Compliance Manager and became part of the Senior Management Team (SMT) of Benz & Carlton (later rebranded as Le’ Trident Property Management Sdn Bhd), whereby her responsibility grew to assume a more hands-on management role in devising new guidelines, protocols, procedures and SOPs for the sites in the optimised execution of their duties and responsibilities of the management team on site.
Ms Wendy Wong, along with the other members of the SMT, is now looking at elevating the standards of property management in Malaysia by being “Trend Setters” instead of “Trend Followers” so that the Joint Management Bodies (JMB), Management Corporations (MC) as well as the Developers are able to benefit from the International Standards of Management, which in return would increase the value of the properties and allow the proprietors to reap its benefits.
